Services
BoxBookiing is a sports venue booking platform that enables users to discover, book, and pay for slots at various sports facilities, including cricket turfs, football grounds, tennis courts, and pickleball spaces. BoxBookiing acts solely as an intermediary between users and venue providers (“Venue Partners”). We do not own, manage, or operate any of the venues listed on the Platform. All responsibilities related to venue quality, availability, safety, and service delivery remain with the respective Venue Partners.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. BoxBookiing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or if any suspicious or unlawful activity is detected.
Booking & Payments
All bookings made through BoxBookiing are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective Venue Partner. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful completion of payment. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of such service providers. BoxBookiing shall not be held responsible for any payment failures, delays, or technical issues arising from banking systems or payment processors.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the Venue Partner. Users are advised to review the applicable policies before completing a booking. BoxBookiing facilitates the booking process but does not control the refund decisions made by Venue Partners. In case of eligible refunds, we will assist in processing them in accordance with the Partner’s policy. However, we are not responsible for disputes arising between users and Venue Partners regarding cancellations or refunds.
Use of the Platform
By using BoxBookiing, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or restrict their use of the Platform. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, interfere with its functionality, or engage in fraudulent activities such as manipulating bookings or using automated tools. Any violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.
Venue Partner Responsibilities
Venue Partners are responsible for ensuring that all information listed on the Platform is accurate, including details related to facilities, pricing, and availability. They are also obligated to honor confirmed bookings and maintain reasonable standards of safety, hygiene, and service. Any issues related to the condition of the venue, injuries, damages, or service deficiencies are the sole responsibility of the Venue Partner. BoxBookiing shall not be held liable for such matters.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of BoxBookiing or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from BoxBookiing.
Data Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using BoxBookiing, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
BoxBookiing operates as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any venue listed. While we strive to ensure accurate information, we do not warrant that all details provided by Venue Partners are complete or error-free.
We disclaim liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused due to venue-related issues, payment failures, or technical interruptions. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxBookiing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. In any event, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to such claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoxBookiing, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
BoxBookiing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent or harmful activity.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
